Amazing location,beautiful suite
My 20 yr old daughter and I enjoyed the area and all its offerings. Aaron was the best communicator. I missed the NO parking available part of the listing until the day before arrival, but Aaron was super accommodating. Would stay here again for sure

A Little Rocky
It started out a little rocky because we had issues getting in the door; however, they took care of that. It is a little smaller than the picture and the walls are really light. The first day arriving we heard the people upstairs for hours until they checked out. The house was clean, but it had a slight odor. We had to go buy additional air fresheners. Location not bad and overall it was a decent stay.

Great Spot
I booked this for my sister and her family (two kids, 12 and 10). It was perfect for the four of them; the access to beach chairs and beach toys made it so easy for them to enjoy both the bay and beach. It was convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location!
This property was perfect for our family of 4. Excellent locations to Mission Beach and restaurants. Property came with everything we needed for a beach day - towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Parking can be tough - but once we got a spot we left the car for the visit.

Overall the stay was ok, just 2 issues. 1. Parking is awful and not properly detailed on the listing; you find out about it when you get the instructions just days before your stay. Needs to be properly expressed that parking is terrible and you will have to walk a ways. Made it difficult with kids having to find parking and walk. 2. No fault of the owner, but the a/c unit was out and we had to adjust the trip based on when the technician was able to come out. Outside of those things we relatively enjoyed our stay.

Fun short trip
This was a cute little spot and super close to thr beach. My family came and we had a nice time. The only thing was the shower. It leaks out from the bottom so we had to use most the towels soaking up the water. We made due. Everything else was fine.

Perfect spot between two beaches
We enjoyed our stay and the ease with which we could get to the beach on the ocean side or the beach on the bay side. Parking could be a challenge but our host was very clear about this. We would love to stay again when we come back to San Diego!

Wonderful stay
The property was clean, safe and quiet. Easy access to the bay, beach and restaurants. One note is street parking is very limited, however, it's easy to get to most places on foot. Property manager was communicative and accommodating. Can't recommend this enough. Really enjoyed our stay and will be rebooking in the future!

Thank you so much Aaron !! for the great experience with our family’s stay at your condo in Mission Beach. We were literally a very short walk to the beach or a very short walk to the bay. Centralized to great cafe’s, restaurants, shops and bars . We had great food and drinks at every turn! So fun to go sit on the beach. And we even had a pickleball tournament on the bay side beach . Our family so enjoyed themselves and all the accommodations that the condo provided. Beautifully updated and stocked with everything we needed . Great family trip in the books for Mission Bay 2023. Can’t wait to come back !! 😊

Renting the apartment was easy found on vrbo looked just like the pick. Shower small but enough room for 3 people I believe two couples would have problem sharing a small space but it worked for me,hubby and adult daughter

The place was a little hard to locate at first but once we did it was great. The parking is Definitely a challenge but once you get in the groove of where to go and move it during the street cleaning it was fine! The home is nice overall and perfect for my family. Aside from minor updates I have no complaints. We saw a lot of places during our stay!

Great little getaway in the heart of Mission Beach
We had a wonderful experience with this rental property! From the jump the communication was great. Aaron reached out to let us know we could check-in early because the cleaning staff was done and he even checked back in later to make sure we got in okay, which was very nice. Directions to get into the unit are clear. The space is exactly as listed. Very cute, modern, & clean inside; it was perfect for our little group of 3. It is truly just steps from the beach and the bay, and has many shops/restaurants surrounding. Only thing to note is the air conditioning unit is a bit finicky but you should be able to get it eventually. Additionally, while parking was fairly easy to find on the street, I recommend reading signage carefully. There is street cleaning for a lot of spots Tuesday-Friday, starting at 8am, and we did get a ticket. Finally, note that there are multiple units within the space so understand you may see other folks. Overall, fantastic property and would stay here again/recommend.

Fantastic little place
Perfect place for my college age daughter, myself and her friend while visiting family. The apartment is small but perfectly located and loaded with amenities, including coffee! Check-in reads like a treasure map but is really quite simple.
