"Room was very nice, clean and spacious. Problem was that this hotel offers a dinner experience below the room. It was very, very loud. A birthday celebration had screaming, well loud birthday singing which we found annoying. Breakfast : 2nd day stay- bagels which is the big breakfast offering hadn't been delivered- desk clerk was cold and didn't seem to care. Since, the hotel has a restaurant go in the back and put out some bread for toast ( problem solved) . My guy went across to Winchell's,...

"Our stay at the keating hotel was ok . The customer service was amazing!!! Our room was dirty dusty and super small expected more since the photos online looked so fancy and clean . The location was also great and close to all the bars ."
