Amazing setting and stay. We couldn't have had a better experience being right on the lake and adjacent to the east Lake Sammamish trail. Fishing off the dock with our extended families one day visit was a special highlight, while kayaking on glassy water and riding the trail provided lasting memories.

Awesome place!

This was a great place to stay. The home is right on the lake and also 5 mins from grocery stores and restaurants. We were in town for a concert in Woodinville and it was about a 20 minute drive- super easy. Beautiful, clean and comfortable home with AC and comfy beds. The host is friendly and helpful, we wish we could have stayed longer to hang out!

Beautiful and peaceful

This was a lovely place to stay, incredibly quiet and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the direct access to the beautiful walking/biking path that goes around the lake. The house is cozy and clean, with all the amenities you could need. The property managers are super friendly and considerate, we felt very welcomed.

Perfect Stay

This is my happy place!

Holiday family time

This property, right on Lake Sammamish, was spacious enough for 2 adults and two children. Great views and access to the water. Kitchen and bathroom facilities provided everything we needed for a 12 day stay. Cable tv Netflix and many books for our entertainment. Several stairs lead down to the house from car park.

Great house, furnishings, location. Saw 3 deer wading in the lake right next to the house and then duck under the dock to continue on down the lake! Wonderful!

Wonderful Lake Sammamish Lake House

We had such a wonderful time at this lake house. The property is just as the pictures and the location is simply perfect. Sunrise and Sunsets on the dock are spectacular. We took our teenage girls here for Spring Break and had the best time. Communication was very prompt and it was easy to find. I highly recommend this location.

Family Celebration!

It was great to return to the Lake House, this time to use the dock for boating and fun! As always, we were grateful for the well maintained (and stocked!) accomodations and thoughtful attention from our hosts. Area family joined us in celebrating our 50th and of course, we'll return again!

What a great stay

This was a family vacation with kids 10-16. Listing was accurate. Place was amazing. The owner Don was really fun. I’d love to sit and chat a bit more on another trip. Great host, great place and a lot of fun. The beds were actually comfortable and I have trouble sleeping (not there). Will be looking to come back as this is on my favorite list…

Best for Families with Children

This large rambling house is best for families with children. For the adults, it is a mixed bag. The lake side of the house is windows giving a great view. There is a cozy protected porch which was great for Covid visits. But tucked inside the cabinets of the otherwise clean kitchen was a very dirty pot cover and dirty worn out linens. The worn out living room chairs and bed coverings need to be replaced. This spacious house offers privacy and room to play.

Perfect Location on the Lake!

We reserved this house for a fun weekend getaway and it did not disappoint! We live in Seattle, but were looking for a lake house to enjoy as the summer was coming to a close. Everything in the photos is accurate and as described. We had 4 adults and a 5 month old with us, and everyone had plenty of room. Don, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. He also made himself available throughout the weekend if we needed anything. We enjoyed all aspects including the lake, hot tub, and grill! Locations to do some grocery shopping were very close, so it made things easy. We are already looking at dates next summer to go back!

Lake house beauty

Don is a gem and sweet as can be. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with its own personal dock. The lake is beautiful and bird watching is fantastic. We saw blue heron, bald eagles, Canadian geese and goslings, Mallards and their ducklings. As the sun sets another wave of animals come out: moths, spiders, bats, mosquitoes. We enjoyed the dock before sunset and enjoyed the sunsets and watching the night critters from inside looking out at the beautiful view. It’s nice to have wood floors throughout most of the house, and the cellar is at least 10-15 degrees cooler than other parts of the home. It’s also stocked with lots of books in the basement and a nice selection of DVDs. The pictorial book on the local history of Lake Sammamish is definitely worth a read and easy to do in 10 minutes or less. We were happy to find a few chilled sparkling waters and sodas waiting for us as well as microwaveable popcorn. Don also told us about local restaurants and grocery stores. Note for those with walking issues, there is an outdoor staircase that you must walk down with your luggage to access the lake house.

Beautiful & majestic views! Hot tub!

Very open and spacious floorplan, comfortable and very relaxing, & just felt like home! Had everything we needed from cooking to washing clothes. Great place!
