"The hotel is great given how historic it is. The location was good although a little bit of a walk from the centre. The reception and security staff are very nice and respectful but I was absolutely put off by the restaurant staff. The man at the restaurant is very rude. "We highly recommend this hotel. We received such a warm welcome on arrival; the staff even helped us take our luggage up to our room. The breakfast area downstairs was beautiful and scenic, partially indoors and outside and the lady and guy that served us each day were so very friendly and helpful. "A great and historic place to stay with friendly staff"

"The staff was great, the rooms are very small, extremely well located. However, BEWARE breakfast is not included and we were surprised with a bill we were not warned. The staff never ever said anything at check-in and their promo makes reference to all services included. It was not about the cost because breakfast was great and the cook really friendly and caring this was about surprising us with hidden charges."
