Staff that we saw were friendly, room was more oversized than a standard two bed hotel room, microwave and fridge in room were nice. Breakfast was decent, had waffle maker, muffins, bread, cereal. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Took us about an extra 10 minutes to find the hotel, ‘best western’ signs all over and we were looking for west valley inn. Had to look at my online booking to compare pictures of the exterior to make sure it was right place. Cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement: long dark hair on most of the towels and on the floor in the bathroom, don’t think the room was vacuumed (found a sock, room key, fork, kids toy just under the edge of the bed). Fitness room seemed to be not available, had tape over the key pad. Needs some improvement in areas, but place has potential.

When first coming into the hotel, the lobby seems very modern and well kept. However the pool and fitness center were closed and that was not mentioned. We would have not picked this hotel if we would have known this. The rooms are in bad condition with amenities being worn down. The bathroom door was difficult to open, leading to some residents being unable to leave the bathroom. The pillows were bulky and old. Advertising a breakfast service while not fully stocked, lacking flavor, and options was preposterous. The rooms lacked cleanliness, especially the floors were sticky and gross from the moment of entry. Most hotels offer services which this one lacked, even lacking a simple hand soap, breakfast meals, and overall care. Had everything been more orderly, this could have been a very nice experience. Overall it was difficult to enjoy.

The rooms were horrible. The beds are very, very, very old. Not good to sleep on the smell is not pretty good. The pills were old. Some of them were like just halfway used refrigerator not cold enough. The tub in the bathroom was just disgusting. Didn’t even want it. I didn’t even shower there. Nasty really nasty.

We came here for one night and the hot tub didn’t work, the pool was kind of cold, no pool towels, the stairwell smelled like cat piss, the 2nd floor ice machine you had to scoop out with a cup which is not sanitary because who knows who else has done god knows what then touching that cup (other floors had a button for ice to dispense), and then photos of breakfast on there website look good then you get there and they have 2 cereals, a muffin and 1 waffle maker for a whole hotel full of guests. Not impressed at all. Only good was the staff was very sweet.

Dog DoDo all around. People staying there are not cleaning up behind there dogs. Or should I say they don’t give a DoDo. I almost stepped in some, told employee at front desk, and they seamed to shrugged me off. Come on people, clean up behind your pets, or places won’t let you stay!
