"The staff was helpful but the room had a leak under the faucet, the mini fridge also leaked and the door to the room had been kicked in and didn’t close properly. "The lights at the head of the bed were not operative. Looked under the bed stand and found the wall plug was pushed into the wall and not even mounted, which made pushing the light cord back into the socket difficult. While performing this task, 2 cockroaches came running out from under the bed. Had to make sure all of my luggage was sealed so I didn't leave with any extra passengers."
