We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, clean condo! We loved relaxing on the back deck overlooking the Arkansas River. Beautiful view! The condo was close to several hikes and an easy walk into downtown Salida to shop and eat at restaurants!

Perfect One Bedroom
Our stay was all PROS…no CONS. The location was wonderful, the patio and view were delightful and the condo was comfortable with a great roomy floor plan. Well stocked and decorated. We watched the world float by on the river and took quick walks into town to dine at restaurants, shop, grab coffee/ice cream and watch the river surfing. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Great spot for aspen tree huggers!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the River Aerie. It was a great location for taking scenic drives and hikes in all directions and is especially nice in the fall when the aspen trees are in their glory. We also enjoyed the Riverwalk in downton Salida, easy to reach form the condo. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well-appointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at River Aerie. The location was great, set along the River and within walking distance of all the restaurants in the historic downtown area of Salida. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. It was a bonus to have a garage to keep the car in. We certainly enjoyed our time skiing at Monarch Mountain and returning each afternoon to River Aerie to relax. We will be back!

Very nice condo. Well appointed, great bathroom with large stall shower. One warning - the radiant heat in the floor does not penetrate well the wall-to-wall carpet in the bedroom.

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!
We truly enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful condo, so many little details, very elegant. We loved the sauna shower, very comfortable king bed, guest robes were delightful, fireplace was so inviting and a garage for our car...what a plus. If the weather would have been warmer, we would have really enjoyed sitting on the two decks. We will definitely return. Thank you.
