“We have been with VRBO for over 12 years and never had a bad experience until now. This is a hotel room basically. The room is listed through an agency that cannot do English and they don't get involved. They referred us to the hotel property manager and the process of getting info was horrible. lengthy, confusing, frustrating. It is a two bedroom apt, all things worked.
