The breakfast was great and dinner I thought was okay. I would recommend breakfast meal plan when booking the hotel. Would definitely stay again, a gem forsure!"

"The room was so lovely and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had issues with our flights and arrived later than expected and the staff were understanding and helpful. It’s very close to train stations and is attached to a massive mall. Highly recommend to stay here. A little side note. It is a little far from the centre of Tokyo. Taking anywhere between 2 to 3 trains to get anywhere but we really enjoyed the train rides and experience. "
