"Great hotel for families. Friendly owner and staff. Pets friendly. I heard the restaurant is good but we did not book early enough. Good breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the room is designed for utility. Shower and toilets are a bit tiny but you will live. Ask for extra pillows as they only provide a single pillow. "Fabulous location near Lake Annecy. Accommodation set on large grounds with lots for children and great outdoor pool. Bar area and restaurant modern and service fabulous. Our accommodation block was slightly older but did the job!"

"Great place for groups or families. Positives fantastic pool hot tub steam room, beans in the coffee machine, WIFI, netflix, seating areas, BBQ, views, security, ambiance. Bath robes, Negatives. Not suitable for large vehicles ie camping car, on side of steep hill with difficult access must have car, no wc in master bed room, not all lights worked, disposing if recyclables, no tea towels or cleaning cloths, no pool towels. "Lovely house for four of us and a dog. Easy trip into Annecy town and around the lake. All amenities we could have wanted. Just note the garden is not secure for a dog and it is very tempting and easy to run to next door and have a swim in their pool! Apparently all the local dogs do it (though not invited) as we had a visit from a local spaniel who wanted to meet our dog."

"Very nice.In the middle of landscape .Surrounded by fields and cows. So quiet and peaceful .We Ve enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for a large family. My 4 /5 for cleaning. Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. Otherwise we Ve had a lovely family time."
