Dataw Islsnd Stay
We loved the location of the townhome. It allowed us to see activities occurring at the clubhouse. It was walkable to pickle ball and the Pub at the clubhouse. My husband also fished at the nearby dock. It was especially interesting to watch croquet as the field was adjacent to our back deck and visible from the eat in kitchen table. The furniture and decor were updated and pleasing. It would have been helpful to have an additional chair or loveseat in the family room. The only complaint was the condition of the upstairs full bath. There were scrapes to drywall and the tile floor had shoddy workmanship. The shower faucet was difficult to use and water heat did not hold heat for 2 showers in a row. Even with this minor inconvenience we would rent the unit again.
