The only thing you could say was an issue was upon arrival we entered into the side door via the keypad and the front door was unlocked. Our stay was great, no issues.

Clean and neat

The property was clean and neat. The area is quiet and close to main roads. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. The driveway is not paved (it gets pretty muddy when it rains), and the thermostat is programmed to the lower 60s for the evening. We had to manually adjust it in the middle of the night (I suggest getting this figured out with the owner if you prefer warmer temperatures).

Clean, good for what was needed

House suited our needs for a place to sleep while attending an event at SVSU. Beds were comfortable and house looked very clean. Smell in the house was overpowering and not good though. Listed kitchen basics as part of the listing but missing things like sugar and an ice cube tray which i would expect when basics were listed. Probably would not atay there again, but outsode those small things it was managed well and covered what we needed it to for the couple days we stayed.

Cozy Stay

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the kitchen table for card games. The beds were Actually comfortable with both firm and soft pillows on each which is a first for us at a VRBO stay. The biggest inconvenience were the light switches in odd places—but since moving electrical outlets is asking a bit much, I would absolutely recommend this stay. The only bad thing was a very large pothole just up the street from the property. This has no reflection on the property but if you have a small or low riding car, beware. My minivan was fine once we realized how deep it was so I wouldn’t let it deter you staying—just the car you drive :)

Quiet little home

This property was a quiet little 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. My friends and I decided to rent this house instead of a hotel. It’s only 20 minutes from Frankenmuth and the outlet mall. It was nice to come back after a day of shopping to a quaint home to rest our feet. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had all the basics needs in the kitchen. I would definitely rent again.
