"Upon arrival i was told the room i had booked wasn't available because the ac wasn't working. They couldn't just give me a different room bc i had 5 people (2 adults 3 kids) on my reservation and the rooms they had only allowed to be booked for 4 people. So they said they were going to cancel my reservation and that i would be refunded throughout Hotels.com then asked me to rebook and pay again. Its been a few day and no refund. Just one big mess. Besides that..room was good, elevator stopped working and pool was opened until midnight so my kids were happy about that."

"The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was helpful. This hotel actually had a very comfortable bed for someone who is a side sleeper with chronic back pain. This is the only hotel I’ve come across that didn’t have a horrible firm bed! "
