I didn’t like the dirty bathroom floor. I used a hand towel to try to clean it up. I think it was coffee from previous customers. There were no drinking cups in the bathroom. Not even disposables one. The was also none for the coffee. We were pre booked and a party of 5 and we only got 3 sets of bathroom towels.

Horrible experience!!!’ No clean towels, no replacement clean towels for guests. desk clerk said they had no clean towels and maybe tomorrow morning they will have some!!! Dirty rooms, pee on the floor in bathroom around toilet. Pool was closed. Power went out. My card was charged twice by unprofessional staff running the desk clerk. Will NEVER stay at this location ever again!!

Sophie is the worst manager I’ve experienced!
HORRIBLE!! i just witnessed some of the worst customer and employee care ever by the manager “Sophie”. She berated both me (the customer) and her very nice employee who was providing excellent customer service. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever witnessed worse “manager” behavior. This woman Sophie has no business being in leadership or anything to do with customer service. I will be reporting her to Holiday Inn corporate.
