"The property was beautiful. The host was great. Communication was perfect. It was a great stay. Hope to do it again soon. The only issue I have is I wish there was a no wake zone up on the docking area for our personal watercrafts as other boaters went by it gave me anxiety worrying about damage to our and others watercrafts that were docked.. "We were in town for a family event and the schedule was changing. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us. We let the kids have the upstairs and we slept peacefully on the foldout sofa downstairs. The location was near all we needed but it still felt secluded, private and peaceful. Coffee on the back deck, looking out over the river, was a true highlight. We hope to come back again!"

"My wife and I stayed a few days while we were working in Florence. The place was great, it was close to everything but it was still far enough away you couldn't see or hear any major traffic. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the back deck overlooking the water. If we have to come back in that area again we will book the same place. Thanks Charles and Toni for a nice place to stay!"

"Quiet and peaceful and a nice central location for us. We were there for 11 days for a softball tournament and just about anywhere we needed to go was no more than 10-15 minutes away. It’s right on the river with a balcony over the water. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and informative when I had questions about where to find things around town. Will definitely stay again if we are back down that way."

"My husband and I were looking for a place not too far from our North Mississippi home. My husband came across this beautiful home during his search. It’s way too big for just the two of us, but we decided what the heck! We could not have asked for a more perfect location. The property is secluded and so peaceful! The nature trail was fun for something different, and we were able to bring our boat and make use of the property’s ramp. We will definitely keep this property on our list of favorites...
