"We enjoyed the atmosphere. My family enjoyed the stay overall. We ate at Las Campanas but the service was slow. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry. We attended a show at the Fox Theater nearby. We returned to the hotel at 10pm and went to the Presidential Lounge for a drink. The hotel desk told us the lounge closed at 11pm. It was 10:20 pm we asked to order a few drinks and the waitress told us “we close at 11and we just did last call.” 40 minutes BEFORE closing we were denied service. "
