The location is fantastic. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. We even walked down to restaurants and tourist shops. The house, however, is far enough to be quiet and is across from the golf course. All good, even great!
The house is a little beat up. Two closet doors didn't work. The hearth stone was cracked, and several floor tiles were broken. The walls needed paint. It was fine, but not particularly well kept and clean. The bathrooms were in good shape, and had some updated fixtures. Nice. The other reviews said there wasn't a coffee pot. So, we brought one. Then, it had one. We cooked in all week, it wasn't well setup for that. If you eat out, you won't notice. But, there weren't spices. There were 3 salt shakers and no pepper. Strange. There was no serving bowl larger than a cereal bowl.
So overall, location is great. If you eat out and don't sweat the details, you'll love it. If you cook in, you'll want to bring things from home. For what we paid, I thought it would be nicer.
