"Hotel public areas smell nice. Staff are so friendly and helpful in this hotel including the breakfast chef. I had a query and looked at changing date and hotel were so helpful unlike Expedia! The hotel room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed, pillows & lovely white sheets. Nice toiletries & good tea & coffee aswell as bottles water in fridge. Continental Breakfast was excellent and very fresh & set us up for the day. Thank you all for a lovely stay. "

"We loved the hotel. Ticket all the boxes for us. We didn’t take a pic of the bathroom , which is unusual. But it was very nice. No sound of the exhaust but no steam after showering and the tilt of the floor in the showers were just right that the water drained away quickly with no risk of water leaving the shower cubicle. "

"We stayed for 2 nights. We had 2 rooms with ensuite bathroooms, one which was much smaller than the other despite paying the same price. The rooms were clean and the showers were hot, so served our purpose. The rooms were a little dated and could do with a refurbishment. The staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. We don't come to London much, but if we did we would use the hotel again."

"It was a stones throw away from kingscross, so convenient and easy to explore from. The staff were polite and friendly. I was on the second floor but the man on the desk when I arrived very kindly took my case up for me as there is no lift. The room very small but very clean. A thing I have not always found in larger establishments.The bed was really comfortable. It was good to have tea and coffee facilities. It felt very safe. "
