"Cute little apartment perfect for what we needed it for. My daughter (8 yrs) and I traveled in to Albany for the TSO concert and needed a place to stay. The apartment is so cute and very clean and comfy. If you aren't from the area, I could see perceptions of concerns about safety but my daughter and I walked to and from the arena and felt perfectly safe. Communications with Linda were great. Check in and out was easy peasy. We will look to book again if we return to Albany. "

"The property was relaxing, and the fields were great for walking the dog. The apartment was very clean and a great place to stay. There are a lot of activities in the area, including hiking, shopping, historical sites and harness racing. we highly recommend it."

"Stayed overnight after going to Proctors for the last waltz. Everything was great. Neighborhood is nice but watch out for some sketchy ppl walking the road. Felt safe inside. "

"The apartment was clean and check in was smooth. We enjoyed being able to walk places easily. Some basics seemed to be missing - salt, pepper, a spatula - the bathtub was broken. Several windows could not shut all the way. I let the property manager know so hopefully this gets fixed before the next guests."

"We appreciated the space available but were not thrilled with the hole in the back door caused by the removal of the door's peephole or the fact that the front, streetside window had to remain partially open and unlocked throughout our stay (even in our absence) to vent the free-standing bedroom AC unit. Additionally, we were unable to use the television streaming services during our stay, but this could have been due to a previous renter locking up the system with their own login. "

"The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."
