" I loved everything about this glamping experience. The outdoor hot tub was a special joy to use, especially in such a nice and quiet area. It was also a great place to stay with pets. Our ‘house’ was very clean and warm, making it extra comfortable. Breakfast was diverse and more than enough. I also loved that they sold organic/bio beer at the reception. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The property has an excellent location. It is within walking distance from the lake and the castle. The closest supermarket is only 3 blocks away. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment does not have air conditioning so depending of the weather it could be hot, specially at night, but other than that is a perfect space for two people. "

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"We enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped home. It was very comfortable and well situated. Some of the benefits were not included in the listing cost - linens, sauna, exercise room. This is the only part we would have liked more info upfront. But overall it was a great stay."

"Hello, I have 2 points. The 1st is that it should be easier to get all info in EN. Perhaps a check box somewere on web ? 2nd - most info related to this property is about the main interrest - the diving. None about the winter season. It would be enough to mention the Gerlitzen web I guess. Anyway - the host was always responsive and helpful and we were able to communicate in EN which was great. "We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "Wonderful hotel with great amenities, including access to the swimming pool and a complimentary buffet breakfast. It's in a lovely location, right on the banks of Lake Bled. We opted for a "Park View" rather than a "Lake View", which meant our balcony was overlooking the car park and the road, so was a little noisy during the day. Next time we would pay the extra for a lake view. Despite that, we loved our stay and would absolutely return to this hotel. "

"Continuing from where I was before… The other aspects we found frustrating were that the room was so hot! The first evening there it was roasting, found it hard to sleep! But again the staff were great and even though the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, they made the effort to supply a portable air con machine which took the heat off a bit which ultimately meant our baby could then sleep peacefully! In summary, hotel was okay, I’d be open to staying somewhere else if based upon hotel, but wouldn’t as the staff deserve all the praise and would ultimately be the reason as to why I would stay again and recommend to other people visiting! "
