Les pieds dans l'eau
Appartement très bien situé en première ligne à quelques mètres de la plage accessible par un portillon. Très jolie vue de la terrasse spacieuse. Appartement bien équipé, fonctionnel et agréable à vivre, d'autant plus qu'il est traversant et qu'il y a toujours un petit courant d'air très agréable le jour et la nuit donc la Clim est peu utilisée. Jolie résidence sécurisée par un portail et des garages sous les logements (aucuns parkings extérieurs), en bon état, relativement récente de quelques immeubles bas R+1 et R+2 très calme (dernière semaine Août), avec de grands espaces verts et une piscine très bien entretenue et peu de monde. Vaste garage. Nous nous sommes beaucoup plus (couple de 60 ans), et nous reviendrons très certainement pour un nouveau séjour.
