"I like the price/value. 15 minutes walking to the bus station #6 that takes you to Venice downtown. There is a super big grocery store Panarama with good price, 5 minutes driving. The cabin is a little tight for us 4 big people but it’s cozy and warm (with heaters in each room). The only downside is the wifi signal is unstable, and the shower water temperature is not stable. Other than that we had a good time. I recommend it! "

The only thing was during my stay the laundry room was being worked on and I had to go outside to a laundry mat and they do not take credit card cash euros only...so a little inconvenience. "2 night stay mid March. Host was pleasant. Brought us to apartment from meeting point and gave quick tour. Unit was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell, but the other bathroom was fine. Had some mosquitoes getting into apartment as well (despite closing windows). Overall a pleasant stay. "We enjoyed the apartment and the location was easy enough to get to all parts of Venice. Very clean and nicely decorated- comfortable lounge area was a plus! I don’t recall steps in the listing, but it’s good to know you have to climb a flight of stairs to get into the place. Only a pain on day 1 and the last day with luggage of course. Also the drink shop on the corner was noisy until about 11pm each night. Exterior window shutters helped to keep noise out. "
