The apartment is situated In the center of Rome, near the Colosseum and at corner of the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore
! Very bright with a characteristic balcony overlooking Rome!
The apartment is brightest!

The apartment is situated at 4° floor, with elevator. The flat is great 65mq with a beautiful Balcony of 5mq, here there is a table with a chairs where you can enjoy the panorama of the city and get a glimpse of the magnificent Basilica of St. John in Lateran!

There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons.
There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window.

Also there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, ecc.

The bathroom is new, very clean and elegant, with hairdryer, shower and new washing machine.

The apartment is Unlimited Wi-Fi!

Great location, easy to get to. One stop away from Roma Termini on the Metro A line and an easy walk down Via Machiavelli. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and mercatos nearby. The flat is comfortable and has all the essentials, the host was friendly and outgoing. Enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Rome.

The check in process was difficult and confusing. There were no toiletries such as body wash or shampoo and there was less than a full roll of toilet paper. It would be great to have instructions for how to use the washing machine and how/where to dry clothes. A coffee table in front of the couch would also make that space more comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable and the bath towels were rough.

This place was great for our stay. It is a little far from the city center so be prepared to take transportation or to pay for taxis. It’s close to the colosseum but we spent a good amount on transportation to other city spots. However I can’t stress this enough this place feels local the neighborhood had a lot of cute spots we would not have found otherwise. We highly recommend the wine bar/ cafe on the corner they were so helpful! Water is a little hot and cold in the shower and be prepared to buy laundry detergent as there was none there for the washer.

Ideal home base for exploring Ancient Rome

Just a few minute walk directly to the Colosseum. Location couldn’t have been much better. Traveling with my kids and this was a great property to stage our Rome adventures out of. We spent our time in the old part of Rome near the Colosseum and forum but given the metro stations nearby can easily explore anywhere in the city. The property has all the essentials. Great to have a room for me and also beds for each of the three kids. And enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night as things were winding down for the day.

It’s a good location, not too far from the Train station. There’s metro right there as well. Seemed like every time I mapped a walk it was 7-10 minutes. Just fine for us. Hope we can come back someday.

Wonderful host & great place

Terrific stay in a vibrant Rome neighborhood. Our first trip to Rome and Daniela was super helpful even to the point of helping us with logistics like directions and transportation. Great location that allowed us to walk to most of our tours and also great dining options with a responsive and accommodating host. We hope to stay again

Colosseum Gem

You can’t beat this location, which is a quick 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. There are plenty of nearby food markets, restaurants and transportation. The apartment was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Great to have a lift in the building, a balcony, a large kitchen and a washing machine as we stayed one week. Plenty of hot water for showers and control of the thermostat, which we really appreciated because we’ve stayed at other other places where that wasn’t the case. The TV also had great streaming options. Daniela responded quickly to our messages. The only minor issue we had was a miscommunication about the coffee maker. Perhaps there was a language barrier. There was an electric hot water kettle but we don’t drink instant coffee. There was also a super small Italian Moka pot. We ended up buying a 6 cup moka pot. My wife and I work online while traveling so we like renting apartments and lingering over breakfast in the morning. We would definitely come back to Daniela's apartment and we know you would enjoy the apartment as well.

Property is spacious and quite, in a great location, with a bar on the ground floor of the building serving Italian wine's from small producer's, as well as coffee, pastries and small plate. There's also a bakery, veg shop and brilliant delicatessen nearby.Good base to explore Rome.
