"Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. Thanks!!"

"This is not a 5 star hotel. Expidea advertised AC in the rooms. They tuned it off because the season is over. When the sun beats on the window its 85 degrees. Now way to cool the room. Advertise they no AC in the off season. Would not have stayed. The beach bar is closed. So is the restaurant. We ate at Romeo and Juliet the first night. No one was there. Empty and the server looked irritated we walked in. After ordering and being served a salad, he left. Went home. Told the bar tender his wife...

"Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. Only issue was I paid extra for a room with a balcony and I had to sign a waiver for them to unlock it for me. The balcony is tiny and the railing is less than 3ft (90cm) tall so I'm guessing at least one person has fallen over the side of it at some point. Other than that, had a great time!"

They claimed over and over again that ebookers does not pay them directly and it is our problem if we paid ebookers. We called ebookers they called the hotel and they would not answer the phone.
