Magnificent Hotel that we could not recommend more."

" An oasis just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main shopping. All tastefully put together with good sized rooms, nice showers and coffee which is amazing. You have a pour over in your room and fresh coffee is provided at reception. Sauna and Hot Tubs are spectacular... sit in a hot tub and take in the mountain views. The restaurant 'Sudden Sallys' did not get a chance to eat there but they have a happy hour from I think 2 to 4 and its half price on the appetizers which is awesome... plus the coffee and treats at Sudden Sallys is amazing. Love how tranquil this hotel feels so close to the hustle and bustle of Banff. "

"Everything went smoothly and it’s a great location for Jackson as it’s right in front of a bus stop. Very clean rooms as they were just remodeled so can’t complain! Imagine a clean modern room with the design of a cabin outside "

"The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. When connecting to the internet, I was asked to provide a review. I provided feedback that I could hear the neighbours because there was an adjoining door between the rooms, and although I wasn't bothered by it, I mentioned that it would be good if the listings showed that some rooms had this adjoining door set up. Within minutes of submitting the feedback, reception called my room and offered to move me to another room. They were so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. When checking out they asked what I was doing for the rest of my trip - after mentioning where i was going, they provided me maps and advice to stay safe on my travels and to get the most out of my road trip. Would highly recommend this for your next stay in Lake Louise! "
