This house was everything as advertised! Comfortable beds, spacious living area, stocked kitchen with all the cookware and appliances. The basement game room is the cherry on the top! So much fun! Location is great-very peaceful.

To us the location was perfect. It is close to Branson so you can enjoy the things Branson has to offer but far enough away to be so peaceful, tranquil and beautiful scenery when you don't want to be in the middle of Branson. The house was very clean and perfect for myself, my husband, our daughter, grandson and 3 great granddaughters. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The sunroom is great. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

House was great. 20 minutes to Branson and silver dollar city. Was closer to the road and other homes than it appeared to be in pictures. Could have used tvs in all the bedrooms. Other than that it was great. Very clean and super easy to check in. Kids loved the game room.

My family really enjoyed the property. It was just the right distance from all we wanted to do in Branson. It was only one mile to a great Country Mart when we needed anything. Will stay again if we are able to return next fall!

This property was a very nice surprise. It is clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated. We used it mainly for a place to stay while golfing every day. The only two things that I can say that would have made the experience better is a dock for getting the kayaks in and out of the water and the drive to the property is a little harrowing. I drove it a couple times a day, but if you are just planning on getting there and not leaving multiple times a day, it’s obviously not as big of a deal. But, a very comfortable place and you can tell that the owners want the renters to have a good time.

Great place close to our daughters wedding venue!
We searched for a place to stay close to Venue at Shadow Rock so we could have space for family that was helping with our daughters wedding. This is the perfect place and was only 4 minutes away. Lots of space and amenities available. We especially enjoyed the gas grill and game area downstairs.

Did not disappoint!
The house was beautiful and in a great location. The owner of the house went above and beyond making sure that we had everything that we could possibly need during our stay. We all enjoyed the game room as well and the kayaks were great. The lake water was quite murky but we enjoyed it anyway. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to travel back to Branson.

Spring Break Getaway
Very simple check in & out. Felt right at home, away from home. Very comfortable house with lots of things to keep busy (ping pong table, fire pit, darts, kayaks, etc). Spacious yard for playing ball and letting the dog get some exercise. Lots of amenities provided, and top notch water pressure. Dollar General is nearby for groceries and terrific coffee at White River Coffee in Rockaway. Everyone enjoyed our stay, wish we were still there! This place won't disappoint, something for everyone.

Relaxing extended weekend at the Lake House
The house is wonderful. The new owners added some great touches including the coffee bar, preparations for s'mores and updated furniture on the main floor. The house was spotless and the check-out processes we had to do were very minimal. The road to/from the property is does have some tight turns but locals navigate them just fine and the directions were very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had so much fun and loved this property ❤ playing ping pong in the basement was the best! The home was close to everything we wanted to do. We definately have to go back! Wish we could have utilized the water more, just a bad year for that. I do think the refrigerator needs replaced, didn't work the whole time we were there. Thankfully, we used the one in the garage. I loved it there and would go back next weekend!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We had 6 adults, 1 dog and 1 child in our group. We Had plenty of space. Would be a perfect place to stay in the summer time with the house being right on the water and with kyaks supplied. But it was still perfect for us. :)

This property had some maintenance issues - coffee pot didn’t work, washcloth shortage, shower problems - but the big disappointment was the condition of the shoreline of the lake. Kayaking was what we looked forward to but the location of this home is not on the main lake but an inlet that was covered with a slimy film that no one would want to get on them. When I talked to the property management, their suggestion was to take the kayaks to a boat ramp! Ridiculous! This management company, Sunset Realty Services, was not customer friendly at all. They made excuses and were defensive about the situation. They did give us $50 back on a total bill of $1200. Wow! I would be cautious about any property they have management over.

This was a great property for our large family. Plenty of room and things to do. The house could use a good cleaning especially the carpet. The coffee pot needs to be replaced. I saw this on a previous post. I also loved the sun room off the back. The instructions said there was a grill to roll out there. The one that is outside needs to be replaced. We rigged it to make it work. Overall it was a nice place. It doesn't have a dock however one neighbor offered to let my boys fish off his. He was very nice. Not enough trash bags or cleaning supplies on hand in the kitchen.

Plenty of room and many outside extras
This location was ideal - about 20 minutes from most Branson attractions. The owner supplies many outdoor activities - volleyball, horseshoes, bean bag toss, fire pit for s’mores, bbq pit, kayaks. Family with 3 teens would explore the area during the day then return to the property around 5:00 to enjoy its offerings at night. Upstairs rooms have window AC units for summer and extra fans, which we used on the 90+ degree nights. We enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders each morning over coffee.
