The hosts made sure that the home was comfortable and included all the little things that make life simpler as a renter: extra towels, pillows and blankets, a well stocked kitchen, even a brand new in-package sponge so we could clean our dishes without needing to rely on a sponge of questionable safety. In sum, this was the kind of experience I wish we always had when renting a place.

Very restful

We loved our long weekend here! It's very private with only neighbors across the street. Love the stream running nearby too! Home is cozy, comfortable, and well stocked! It was clean and very cute! The hot tub on misty evenings was wonderful! Doesn't take long to walk to the beach either. Would happily stay again!

Good location

Good location. Rental is cheaply done and needs updating. Doesn’t have the at home feeling that many bookings we’ve stayed at before have had. We stayed at a rental at arch cape the day after that blew us away for about the same price.

Cute and comfy

It's a nice little house not far from the beach in a quit neighborhood. Very clean. Upstairs bathroom outlets don't work. Weeds are a bit out of control. But otherwise a cute and comfortable place to stay.

It was alright...

Sorry but it just wasn't very clean. We took pics of dirty bedspreads and stained pillows. The carpet in the living room was stained too. The beds were comfy. The living space had hard chairs and a lot of outlets didn't work. The hot tub was the best part! Thank you!!

Beach please!

1/2 mile walk to beach. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of pillows. Lots of outdoor seating for good weather, porch seats for rain(but we had no rain😁). Easy walk to town, and the train.

Comfortable Beach Stay

Cozy and comfortable place within walking distance of the beach. Three couples stayed together and shared this cute home as a starting point for our Oregon Coast adventures. Convenient to the center of Rockaway Beach with easy access to Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Tillamook and Pacific City. The hot tub was also a hit!

Lovely stay on the coast!

Perfect spot to base our travels from! Rockaway is the right size - big enough to have a spot for groceries and a few restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach but never felt too busy/crowded or had much traffic. We are glad we chose Rockaway over Seaside/Cannon Beach. The house was just prefect for our small family (two adults not in a relationship and one pre-teen), lots of space and privacy. There is no noise from neighbors in the hills but are really close to town, you feel quite secluded but it is easy to get to the main highway. Loved the hot tub and playing the Oregon Trail game in the evenings, 10 minute walk to the beach. Bonus - a beautiful babbling brook is behind the property along with many birds, bats and deer. Comfortable, clean and just as advertised, Would definitely book again!

Cute Little Beach Cottage

The home was great! The beds were super soft, the water was hot, and the kitchen was well stocked! Our doggos loved it so much. A few things could use updates, but nothing that detracted from the stay. Thank you!

Beach Please was PERFECT

My sister, Mom, and I and our three children decided to take a road trip from Idaho to the Oregon coast. We found this listing and thought it would be perfect for our needs and we were correct. Beach Please was a perfect little location. We were able to walk to the beach and little surrounding shops, as well as drive to other cool locations, we loved our stay and the kids, especially loved the hot tub with its changing colors. If we ever get the opportunity to stay in Rockaway Beach again will definitely try to stay here. Thank you so much for a wonderful adventure and amazing memories!

Rockaway Getaway

Our adventure started with a text saying the house was ready for early check in! We found the house immediately and it looked just like the pictures. It was clean, bright and well stocked! The hot tub was PERFECT and the downstairs bed was so comfortable! The proximity to town/beach was wonderful and the house was a treat for us and our pups to come home to each day! This was our first time visiting the area but won’t be our last…thank you!!!!

This was a cute house with lots of potential but....

The house was cute but the place needed a good deep clean there was food and sand in the sofa when we arrived the tassels had jam and sticky stuff all on it the bath tub and shower was dirty there were lots of places that had big collections of dirt like under the ottoman and behind the baskets on the stairs places that people without toddlers probably don't notice also a few things like the stop in the bath was broken the camera angles are a little misleading the gravel yard is very small same with the back when I booked this I was led to believe that there was 2 king beds and a queen but there was not so that caused some sleeping arrangement problems and ialso kinda thought the house was set away from neighbors but the house is far away from the main part of town but still in a tight neighborhood the creek is really cute but not really close the neighbors are really nice the hot tub was wonderful and the house has a lot of new feeling features

Can't say enough great things about this adorable little cottage. Not only was it fantastic in the summer, it was also an awesome winter get-away. Cozy, warm and quiet. And you can't beat the rainy day hot tub. Everything was clean, well stocked, and masterfully decorated. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Oasis

This house was beautiful and cozy. There is a hot tub in the backyard and you can here the creek down below. The beach and hiking trails are close by. We had breakfast at Downie's Cafe. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

Super secluded beach house w/hot tub - 10 min walk to the beach! LOVE!!!

This is the cutest little house near the coast I've stayed in. Bright & sunny & beautifully decorated as if Joanna did it herself. A 10 minute walk to the beach but also so secluded. What the listing doesn't mention is that there's literally no neighboring houses & the house backs up to a creek. You can hear the running water when the windows are open. Plenty of room to spread out with a lot of seating. Everything was sparkling clean & covid protocols were followed. I will be staying here again!! Oh, and the HOT TUB!!! Can't really beat it.

Perfect little home!

We stayed here with two other couples and it had plenty of room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had plenty of space and was very well equipped for all our cooking needs. Will definitely be staying again for our next fishing trip!!

Beach, please! Cottage in Rockaway Beach

My husband and I spent 3 mid-September nights in this charming cottage. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was about a 7 minute drive to free public parking adjacent to Rockaway Beach. The cottage was very clean. Towels were plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. We had planned, and did, eat all of our meals at the cottage, except for picnic lunches as we traveled north and south on the coast. (Rockaway is an ideal location for north-south exploration.) This cottage has 3 beds (2 queen and one king) and is advertised as housing 6 guests. However, the living area is very small (seating consists of one sofa and one leather chair with ottoman). There is seating for 6 at the dining table plus 4 bar stools. We were fortunate that during our stay there was no worker activity at the house being built across the street. I contacted Vacasa after our stay to let them know about some "refresh and repair" issues that need to be addressed. However, these issues did not interfere with our pleasant visit. I have given this cottage a 4 star rating assuming that these issues will soon be addressed.
