Receptionist gave me key to ground floor room 124 but adjacent parking spot was occupied. Receptionist said she could not guarantee parking spot adjacent to ground floor room, but eventually gave me key to room where adjacent parking spot was not occupied. As per website hair dryer should be available on request but when I requested hair dryer receptionist said she did not have one. The hand towel in the bathroom had stains in it. Very little food variety for breakfast - no protein.

COCKROACHES everywhere! I didn’t stay longer than 2 hours! The clerk wanted to see pictures for proof! (Which I had) NOT PET FRIENDLY!! Although it says it is, there is a sign upon checkin that says “NO PETS!” I drove over 500 miles to get there only to be told no pets. He charged me $25 per dog (no refundable, on the site, it said only$10/dog)

We stayed there for 2 different nights; in both rooms we saw 5/6 cockroaches; in beds there we found hairs from previous occupants. Strongly not recommending this property

Issues with water upon check in, finally was able to get a shower 3 hrs after check in. Phone did not work, could not get TV to come on, toilet paper dispenser was not attached in wall you had to hold the dispenser to pull off the toilet paper, had a tub but could not do a bath b/c the stopper was taken apart and laying on the side of the tub, and they advertise pet friendly but do not allow pets. And lastly there were roaches. This is absolutely the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Will never stay there again.

Other than slight confusion at check in, that part was OK. The room was comfortable, appeared to be clean until the creepy crawlers came out. Last night there were a few very small roaches(tiny), but then this morning there were more. I never felt unsafe at the property, and the room was quiet so sleeping wasn’t an issue. Don’t think I’ll be doing this again in spite of the positives

The staff was very accommodating. The continental breakfast was coffee (no tea or hot chocolate), juice, white or wheat bread, corn flakes and a waffle maker. The rooms had old furniture, but the beds and linens were OK, and the rooms were fairly quiet, and the hot water was plentiful and very hot!

OK for one night stay. Not recommended for a longer stay. Pillows small and uncomfortable. TV remote did not work for volume control. Smoke detector was covered by plastic, I’m guessing we were given smoking room. Bath fan did not work. Fridge did not work. Breakfast was basic- just bread , coffee, orange juice, cereal and waffles.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay and they would not give me a refund even though I purchased the booking protection. I also contacted hotels.com and after spending over an hour on the phone with them I got an email days later saying they cannot issue the refund.

If possible I would ask for my money back, every other place was booked up so me and kids had to stay, Greeted by roaches, beds covered with loud plastic, that was very noisy when you move, very dirty old pillows, refrigerator worked but was dirty and made a loud continuous noise all night, blow dryer taped with duct tape so you can’t use, SCOTCH TAPE COVERING AN OUTLET, very hazardous, air conditioner wouldn’t stay on, nasty stuff on side of dresser and roaches and eggs inside dresser, the commode top was way to big so very easy to fall off, and had the toilet paper sitting on it because there was no holder, check out was 11am, but an employee came beating on the door at 10am, to tell us time to check out or stay another night, the lobby was locked when we arrived, so we had to stand in line outside in the dark to check in, not even a thank you or how was your stay when we checked out, I guess they expected my answer, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and if you have children with you definitely don’t stay here

This was by far the NASTIEST room I’ve ever book the roaches welcomed me at the door I got a refund and had to search till 3am for another room almost slept in the car I get it was cheap but it’s not even remotely habitable it was gross it stank and honestly I’m still not satisfied this hotel should be shut down and bulldozed to the ground and everyone should get fined for spreading diseases infestation and bed bugs yuck -100/10

That property should be removed from the site. They had burn holes in the bed sheets, roaches crawling everywhere even in the bed and microwave. The area is unsafe I didn’t even stay in the room I just took it as a loss because I couldn’t get my money back. The people were hanging outside smoking weed. I left there was a couple outside fighting no one bother to call the police. The worst hotel experience in my life. I ended up sleeping in my car at the rest area I felt safer there. The roaches on the bed was just too disgusting
