"This is a wonderful property, set in an absolutely stunning position with fabulous views. The accomodation is finished to a high standard and the pool and surrounding gardens are a delight. We hope to return! "

"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."

"The apartment is in excellent condition, has everything you need, the host is very welcoming and responsive, the location is good if you want to visit both Tivoli and Rome. Parking right in front of the building, walking distance to a huge mall with a supermarket. "

Es gibt einen Pool mit liegen dazu kommen jeden tag frische Handtücher und die Betten sind auch bequem. "Stayed here May 2023 with a group of seven friends and family. Our hosts were so lovely to deal with and very responsive to any requests we had. The villa is wonderful inside and out, with beautifully maintained gardens and the best outdoor cooking area we’ve ever had in a villa like this. "We had a wonderful stay in a historic building right in the heart of Tivoli. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to both Villa d’Este and Villa Gregoriana, and also close to covered paid parking. The room was very stylish, extremely comfortable, and clean, full of charm and history (ask Filippo for some great stories!). Breakfast was excellent - honestly, the best croissants I’ve ever had! The terrace offers a breathtaking view, especially at sunset. Our host Filippo made us feel incredibly welcome and quickly became a friend. He was so attentive to all guests, offering great restaurant recommendations (just a short walk away) and helping us plan our visit. A big thank you as well to his assistant Sara for her help with breakfast and room service, and a special thanks to Filippo’s wife for the delicious homemade cake she prepared for us. We truly felt at home here and will definitely return!"

"Loved hotel Flora ! Staff very friendly & helpful ( booked all tickets for sites with help from lovely receptionist- minefield of online agents… be careful). Gorgeous spacious room- very comfy, clean, great powerful rainfall shower, unnecessarily fancy decorated ceiling! But made it feel like Rome!! Room staff not great at replenishing coffee etc but porter at reception just gave me a jar of coffee & all I needed so couldn’t be more helpful. Antique furniture created style but all freshly upholstered so more chic than shabby. Great breakfast- fresh fruit, croissants, eggs & bacon, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals…. All lovely & fresh. Station only short walk away BUT trains hourly only & occasionally 2 hour gap so need to look at Trenitalia timetable. Very cheap 2euro each way, 30 minutes, lots to see en route. BUT platform arriving is a 5-10 minute walk back to the station in Rome- a VERY long platform. You really don’t need the extra when Rome sightseeing is a very tiring distance anyway. Metro supplies only some areas- plan your routes well. Frascati town is lovely- 5 minutes uphill, eat with the locals at Ana Aruh"

Ok hotel but could be better

"In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"
