"Breakfast was average, provided hot drinks not so good. Poor quality gym environment, with lots broken or misused equipment. Wifi dropped in and out, shower flooded throughout my stay, despite nothing put down the drain. Service outside of breakfast was really good, one particular person from the coffee and service section was amazing. TV in the room didn't work, pool was not heated, so was very cold.
