Riviera Maya Luxury Hotel

" The staff at this resort are all wonderful. The food is great, it was hard to get reservations at the sit down restaurants but we did go over New Years which I think is a lot busier. They have two other restaurants where you can walk in and sit down and order if you don’t want to go to the buffet. That was very nice when we didn’t get a spot in the reservations required restaurants. Tons of fish right at the resort. It’s a little rocky but adds to the experience. We snorkeled right there and saw tons of fish. Everything was exactly what they claim on their website. There was no pressure to buy timeshares (we’ve had that at other places) and no pressure to tip even though we did. It’s easy to find a quiet spot if you want it and also things going on all the time if you want to be entertained. They had something for everyone. I would recommend for couples or for families with children. Also loved the entertainment. Real talent, meaningful themed shows, classy. Loved it all. "

"Under promised and over delivered. The facility as a whole is so beautiful and pictures don't do it justice and we did an 80 minute massage that was incredible. We mainly stuck to the adults only side but took a couple nice walks down to the other side to feel the beach and check out the rest of the property. Food was amazing, everyone was so friendly and definitely the relaxing trip we needed. Thank you all so much for the hospitality "

"The property had very lush vegetation and was very well kept and decorated throughout the trip. Everyone working there was very kind and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat. It is very easy to get around to other resorts due to the transportation system. The beaches and pools were gorgeous and well kept as well!"

"The entertainment team (Antonio and Lizbeth particularly) at grand Coba kept us engaged over Christmas and New year with all the activities. The house keeping service provided by Samuel was outstanding. Food at the buffets and all restaurants were excellent. We were totally looked after by all of the attentive staff, and Jose kept the glasses filled. Thoroughly recommend the resort for multigenerational holidays, keeping everyone from teen boys to the golden oldies happy for 2 weeks."
