"The check in process was terrible. Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm. After a long wait we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until 5:30-6:00. They booked us into another room. Our original reservation was a villa with a partial view. Which is not what we would have received if we were willing to wait. As it turned out the second room provided the partial view. I will say the property is fantastic."

"Towels were not very clean. Eating utensils, kitchen knives and utensils were very dirty. Not enough pots and pans. "

"We were 8 family members wanting a nice welcoming home to be together and talk and share memories. This home which is a beautiful classic Florida house was perfect for us. We ran into a few issues that were immediately addressed by the property manager. The casita had some limitations that made it less desirable to the couple using it. "

"For the price it was excellent. They had some things like the bed and the shower head. The bed was squeaky and moved a lot when rolling over or repositioning. The shower head leaked quit a bit which was quite annoying. Some plumbers tape and a crescent wrench should fix that. Other than that it was excellent! Security cameras and nice little courtyard. It was cozy and clean."
