"Staff was great! Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable! Pool and hot tubs were clean with plenty of areas to relax! Down the street was a little sketchy, homelessness seems high, but felt safe at all times. If I am in the area again I would stay again!!"

"I had a tough year and wanted the blue sky and sun in Palm Springs. I stayed at the Riveria years before and had a good time and this time it was even better. The hotel was empty for a guest that was great two days we literally had the pool to ourselves - the staff were so genuine and friendly it was a treat - especially the servers - Jose - Denise - Thaina and Vanessa all were outstanding they made us feel like family. We actually had all our meals at the hotel because of them the good food and no wait reservations will be back again at some point"
