"We really enjoyed the property! We had 8 people in our party and everyone raved about it. There was plenty of space, charm, and it was in a great location. It had a private country feel to it yet we were less than a 10 min drive to downtown Stillwater. The hosts were very responsive, thorough, and thoughtful!"

"This was the perfect place for our family to stay while we were in Stillwater for a long weekend celebrating a 50th birthday. We were within walking distance to downtown, although it is a uphill walk back to the house so we chose to Uber back. It's in a nice, safe area with a cafe, bakery, and a bar/restaurant just a few blocks away. I highly recommend this property and would love to return during the summer months to enjoy the pool."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is super cute and comfortable, and thoughtful touches for humans and fur babies are absolutely everywhere. USB ports everywhere, fire pit roasting sticks, wash/face cloths for makeup, well stocked Kurig coffee maker, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked, the (king) bed is very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. "We were there when it was snowing and later in the weekend when it was sunshiny and warm. We lit a fire in the wood burning stove and walked outside and enjoyed the labyrinth. We heard the coyotes yip and watched the hawks fly over the bluff. We braked for turkeys and deer. We also made the short trek into Red Wing for serious shopping and spent time at Lena’s. In short we loved it all!"

"It had a nice feel to the place, rooms were hot there is no central ac. there is an ac unit but it only made the living room cold. I did not like that you get charged a fee for cleaning but still have to clean. Area is great and quiet but a ton of mosquitoes so bring off. The bathroom is between the two rooms but did not have locks so it’s hard to know when someone is in there. The beach was small but nice kids enjoyed that. Did not like that you are not allowed to smoke outside on the property...

"The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. "My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!"
