"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled....

"Great location and very clean room. I had rm 203 with balcony overlooking the ocean. Perfect! Picture from my balcony. I stayed 2 nights as I explored/drove the coast from Barcelona to Valencia. I found a small cove with a beach to swim, walking from the hotel. Relaxing. Decided to stay on my return Valencia back to Barcelona and pleasantly surprised with included breakfast. Only thing missing was a small refrigerator in the room. "

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (particulary Eva & Diane) most spoke English plus French and Spanish. "The balcony is spacious and the view superb. The apartment had everything we needed but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs maintenance. A dead cockroach on it's back was by my bed when I got there. I did wonder if it had fallen off the bedside table which wasn't a pleasant thought at night. The WIFI stopped after day 1 which was inconvenient. We never met a representative for the apartment during our stay & although I contacted the manager via Whatsapp, it was never resolved. "

"Beautiful property as shown in pictures. JORDI was super easy to connect with. Neither the pool nor hot tub is heated, which probably isn’t an issue when the weather co-operates but made it unusable for us. Quiet neighborhood, you definitely need a car but it is very central for exploring the area. The beaches around this area are beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone."

"We loved our stay here! The house had everything we needed and more, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beach is a short 5 min drive away, and there are many local towns a short distance away including Salou and Barcelona. "Good welcome on arrival, Hotel restaurant wasn't open very long but although I thought it would be empty it was full of locals when I got there - it was packed!
