"We absolutely loved our stay. It was cosy and clean at a good location near restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use any form of public transportation. Amenities were good - the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were able to store our luggages after check out. Veronica who runs the place was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall no complaints. If there was one thing that we had to fault - it would be no full length mirrors. But this is a really minor point"

"The continental breakfast was simple but always fresh. Cleaning staff asked every day if anything needed doing. Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day. While I am aware that the hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the staff made it feel it could be. "

"This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. "The hotel is located in a nice location, which is walkable to major attractions. Everything about the hotel was great. The bed was super comfortable. The only potential issue is that the room air circulation is either not on or not the best. So when opening the door, it can become noisy due to street car or motorcycle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby and rooms are gorgeous and it is in a very easy area to walk many places. The bell staff even worked extra hard to repair my suitcase handle (which they did!) which was extra appreciated. Top rate staff and hotel all around. "

"The hotel is well located, very close to Centro Historico. It’s easy to get there from the airport by metro or by taxi. It’s very clean, the staff is extremely helpful. The beds are big and pretty comfortable. Room service is doing magnificent job. I would definitely stay here again. "
