不滿:職員與服務和住宿狀況
This hotel was so mediocre it almost sucked for the price point. I stayed here three nights and the facilities are so small and cramped. The pool is absolutely tiny with only about 10 chairs to lounge in. The bar downstairs/lobby had a weird rotten smell and seemed as if there was no AC. Not to mention this hotel is OLD. Not good charming old but OLD. I could hear people talking through the pipes in my room, so clearly too like they might as well had been in my room having the conversation. Also the rooms are TINY and not updated AT ALL. The service was so meh. I tried to check in and the front desk asked me to wait and then proceeded to get rooms ready for an entire flight crew who arrived after me and I STILL had to wait afterwards. They were also randomly handing out water (not to everyone who was waiting) because, again, it felt as if there was no AC. The front desk workers did not seem like they were interested in being there to be honest. So disappointed with this hotel especially because of the price point. Definitely not worth it. I stayed at The Sheraton Grand Rio for three days prior to my stay here and it is SO much better, better views, amenities, service, rooms, food, and was somehow cheaper? I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.
