"Pros- The home, pool and yard are beautiful!!!!! Cons- This is the first rental we have stayed at with out none, if not very little of the essentials that we have received at the many,many other rentals we have stayed at. The kitchen utensils were very sparse, their were absolutely zero spices!!! Wehave never had this happen a a rental. We were there for 5 days and only given 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. Zero facial tissue. Only one roll of paper towels. 2 garbage bag's. Only 2 washer pods for laundry. To us these are essentials, we know that these things are not promised......but this is the first time that this has ever happened, out of the 15 to 20 rentals we have been in. K8nda of sucked, because we didn't expect that. The beds are super uncomfortable. The patio furniture is absolutely trashed and falling apart, not usable at all. The master bed room shower doesn't drain, this causes the bath room to start flooding, because it's a roll in type of shower. Over all this place is wonderful 👏. It's just a shame that a few xtra hundred or even thousand dollars, would give this property constant 5 star reviews! Spending that money to upgrade this property is a drop in the bucket considering what we alone spent!!! I'm certain this property makes 4 or 5 times the mortgage, if their even is a mortgage.Upgrade for five star reviews or keep it this same for 2,3,and 4 star reviews 🤔 "

"If you're looking for a secluded spot with a vibe that you are staying at your own mini resort with a decor that matches the AZ atmosphere then this is the place to go. Host was extremely helpful with any questions I had or issue that arose (completey out of anyones control, we noticed a behive being formed on the roof & it was taken care of swiftly by the owner). Def would be looking to come back again in the future. This spot was exactly what I was looking for"

"Place was great but we didn’t know what limited rental meant. It mentioned bringing your own supply of somethings but not specified. I wasn’t expecting there would be no ziplocks, Saran Wrap, foil, or parchment paper and some cooking utensils, limited kitchen towel, 1 laundry pod was supposed to be given for 1 load of laundry (which there wasn’t 1 for me). We were a family of 7 and 1 load wouldn’t have worked so bring your own laundry detergent. The vacuum didn’t work well but they had a broom. There was a little park down the street but was boring for my kids ages 12-2. If you walk further to the clubhouse, that playground was much better for all m kids. Plus, there’s a nice big pool. We used the pool at night. I couldn’t find the hot tub but it was dark and I didn’t walk all the way around. Sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable plus the pullout part was broke. We had to layer 3 thick blankets for it to be somewhat comfortable. There’s no backyard but we knew that and we didn’t think we needed one but now we know my family personally needs one. Bedrooms were great, friendly neighborhood with lots of people walking their kids and pets. Host communicated quickly."

"This place is a peaceful get away. Beautifully decorated. Also easy to get to everything we wanted to do and see. Definitely a home away from home. Hoping to be able to come stay again. The beds are so comfortable and I usually can’t sleep well even at home due to a bad back. I had no back pain at all on this mattress! Amazing!!!"
