Villa 1 at Casa Aguas Azules is a 2-BR, 2 bath, beachfront house located on Corcega Beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico. It has direct access to the beach and a beachfront pool. The house is decorated in a modern Caribbean style, with locally sourced art and unique pieces. The position of the house above a large stone wall gives the house a classic Mediterranean feel. Casa Aguas Azules offers guests a private upscale Caribbean experience. The pool and beach are shared with the Mansion and Villa 2.

Property excellent, great access to ocean on site, however there were a few issues. First, I was pleased with the rental and it was as described on the ocean. The issues, a better coffee machine is needed rather than the cheap Mr coffee, more towels and kitchen dish towel would be better, the dryer did not work properly, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom that is without cover, with the electricity exposed, there is a rebar sticking out adjacent stairs to beach that is an accident waiting to happen.
