Travelled with family and small children
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Owner will change their mind without notice. We landed only to realize that the owner claimed that someone stayed there that had Covid. It's well knlwn that they only needed to perform the proper cleaning. Besides, unless that person stayed there the night before, the owner should have cleaned the property in time for our stay. Beware Dishonest people!

Host cancelled a few hours before our arrival.
We booked a four day stay at this property. At 11 pm the night before (only six hours before we left our home) we got an email from Vrbo that the host had cancelled it. If I hadn't been up late and online, I would not even have received the email. I called Vrbo customer service and they said their owners have the right to cancel; though he agreed it was terrible customer service but there was nothing they could do. If the host had stated it was a family emergency or something like that I would have understood. But no explanation. Thankfully, most Vrbo hosts aren't like this. The others that I have stayed at were exceptional.
