"My husband and I came from Florida for a week for Thanksgiving to visit our daughter and her family. The house was very comfortable and decorated for the Thanksgiving Holiday which was a welcoming touch. The host had everything there we needed and then some. So unclean that we decided not to stay, even though it was too late to find another accommodation and it meant canceling our trip and driving back home. Requested a refund and homeowner declined, contacted VRBO and sent photos a couple days ago and haven't heard back yet. This experience was a disappointing and costly waste of time."
