"We had such a lovely stay. The grounds were beautifully kept, was stunning to be surrounded by vines. The Chateau was like something out of a Disney movie. Would highly recommended staying and I will be returning. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly. "

"The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Our room was small which was ok as that was what was explained. However the bathroom toilet needed to be repaired. The hotel was close to the station and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Vienne. The bikes provided at the information centre were great for exploring the area. "

"No frills hotel. Very close to the city and a large supermarket. Very nice staff. I sleep with ear plugs on so I didn't mind the noise. "

"Great meal in the restaurant. Hotel no so good! No hot water at all, and room heating not working when I came. I had to find out myself how to get the radiator to work."

"Very basic accommodation and even though cheaper than other hotels in the area it is overpriced. Bare small box like room with no toiletries in tiny bathroom. Hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere so you need to love the countryside.. No restaurant and the local establishments are either pizza or subclass bistro food. No reception if problem... Which we did not have! Only good thing was the charm of the lady owner. "
