Experienced serious problem while check-in, the reception manager insisted that I pay for the stay which had been setteled in advance through my agent. He refused to recognize my confirmation with all the evidences of the pre-payment, and even asked me to find other place to stay!! After realizing his misunderstanding of the the reservation at his side (took 30 mins), the reception manager just let his staff complete the check-in and left without saying anything. VERY RUDE.
On the other hand, the night shift staff was very attentive and nicely prepared early breakfast for me to fit my flight schedule.
