"I took the bus and it took me right to the hostel and driver got my luggage out. The rooms are not at the "road level" so you have to take your luggage on the next floor and there is no elevator. The front desk staff can help with the luggage. The 2 somewhat smaller fridges ( compared to the big fridge sizes in USA) in the kitchen were overflowing and not really clean from inside. "Upon booking, I received email confirmations including the check in process which was very straight forward and welcoming. When we arrived we attempted to follow the instructions (one being using the key to enter the main building).
