Wonderful
We have just had a wonderful week at this villa. The views are amazing and the house itself is immaculately clean and modern with very comfortable beds. The outside area is great with full sun until about 6 in the evening with plenty of shady spots and a choice of seating areas. Ten minutes away is a local village which has a shop that is good for basics. It's half an hour to the nearest beach and 40 minutes away from Rethymno, it's perfect for peace and quiet and far enough away from the tourist areas. Communication from Think Villa and the host was excellent and the complimentary meal was very tasty and greatly appreciated at the local Taverna.

We had a lovely stay in the Villa. Very impressed by the communication from both host and owner. Villa is set up in the mountains about 25 to 30 mins from the main National Road. Lovely views and their is a small supermarket in the nearest village about 10/15 mins away. Villa was clean with great facilities and a good base for our holidays. An added bonus was the free meal offered by the owner at his taverna by the Argyroupolis Springs. Highly recommended villa

Super base for exploring the north and south of the island. The host and the owners were both great at communicating and were vety helpful. Beautiful Villa up in the mountains with lovely views. We were very sad to leave and definitely want to go back.

Lovely villa in a great place, has all the amenities you need, great showers and a lovely clean pool to cool you down on a hot day, very peaceful.Listen to the goats going up and down the mountains yet just a 15min drive down to tavernas to eat, at the water falls, and only a only 45mins run to Rethymno for the fortress and coastline.All in all a very good holiday

Immersion au coeur de la Crête
Villa perchée au sommet de la colline, isolée en pleine campagne ( routes très sinueuses). L'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer au rythme du chant des cigales. Le propriétaire est de ces personnes qui fera tout pour que votre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Encore merci pour vos petites attentions, la villa est moderne, propre et avec tout le nécessaire du quotidien. Nous avons passé des vacances dépaysantes, avec beaucoup de moments insolites et de rires. Les paysages sont magnifiques. N'oubliez pas d'être vigilants car la conduite crétoise c'est de l improvisation et les routes peuvent être parfois très compliquées à parcourir. Rethymnon est une ville touristique animée avec beaucoup de bons restaurants à petits prix sans oublier le restaurant du propriétaire situé à Asi Gonia. 😊

Ruhig und Wunderschön
Wir haben hier einen erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen . Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge mit ihren umliegenden Dörfern. Ein Auto ist notwendig und es ist zu empfehlen vor der Ankunft in einem Supermarkt alles notwendige einzukaufen. Der Käse aus der in der Nähe befindlichen Käserei können wir empfehlen und wir mussten Ihn oft nachkaufen ! Das vom Eigentümer des Hauses geführte Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüllt in diesem Haus und empfehlen es jedem der Ruhe und viel gute Luft haben möchte.

Heerlijke vakantie op Kreta in Villa Somnia
Zowel het contact met Think Villa als de eigenaren van de villa was ontzettend gastvrij en zeer klantvriendelijk. De villa was prachtig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien met een spectaculair uitzicht. Ook het etentje bij de taveerne van de eigenaren was heerlijk en gezellig. Al met al een perfecte vakantie, echt een aanrader!

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Konstantinos und seine Familie sind extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und großzügig. Das Haus liegt oben in den Hügeln, wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Man lebt nah an der Natur mit vielen verschiedenen Vogelarten, Schmetterlingen, Schafen und ZIegen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein Besuch in Konstantinos Taverne Agia Dynamis in den Argiroupolis Quellen ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir können das Haus nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt für: - Menschen, die Ruhe und Natur genießen wollen - Urlauber, die es nicht stört, wenn morgens schon mal Ziegen und Schafe im Garten stehen - wenn man die Gartentür vergisst zu schließen - Leute, die sich aussuchen wollen, ob es in den Norden (tourstischer) oder Süden (sehr schöne Strände) gehen soll. Einfach loslassen und wohlfühlen!
Wir können die sehr guten Bewertungen ausnahmslos bestätigen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Gegend genossen. Das Schönste waren aber die Herzlichkeit, die Gastfreundlichkeit und die authentische Fürsorge der Eigentümerfamilie. Wir fühlten uns so, als wir sie schon lange gekannt hätten. Und Valia von der Vermittlungsagentur ThinkVilla hat dafür gesorgt, dass die Abwicklung unkompliziert war. Sie antwortete sehr schnell und versorgte uns mit allerlei Informationen und Tipps. Der durch sie vermittelte Mietwagenverleih BEST CARS hat die Abholung und die Rückgabe des Mietwagens absolut komfortabel und problemlos gestaltet. Wir haben die schönsten Erinnerungen und ein gutes Gefühl mit nach Hause genommen und vermissen schon jetzt die wunderschöne Kreta und die freundlichen Menschen, die wir dort getroffen haben sowie das gemütliche und schöne Haus.

Tolles Haus mit fantastischen Gastgebern
Das Haus ist in super Zustand und toll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet alles was man braucht. Es liegt recht einsam ein wenig außerhalb einer kleinen Ortschaft mit Supermarkt, etwa 20 Minuten entfernt vom nächsten größeren Ort. Die Gastgeber sind großartig und extrem freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Küche fehlen als einziges Manko einige praktische Dinge, wie z.B. ein vernünftiges Schneidebrett oder Tablett. Da wir praktisch immer Essen waren, war das für uns aber irrelevant. Vielen Dank an Konstantinos und seine Familie für die tolle Zeit auf Kreta!

Sehr schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag. Die Villa ist ziemlich neu und sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Für die heiße Zeit gibt es in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sollte es ein Problem oder Wünsche geben sind sie jederzeit erreichbar. Man bekommt auch ein gratis Essen in der Taverne der Vermieter. Die Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert!!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage
Wer im Urlaub Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig: Die Villa Somnia liegt schön einsam in den Bergen, man hört so gut wie nichts außer den Glöckchen der Schafe ringsum. Der Panoramablick vom Haus aus ist ein Traum. Die Villa selbst bietet viel Komfort und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine große Küche und super Betten. In ca. einer Viertelstunde erreicht man auf nicht allzu engen Serpentinenstraßen Argiroupoli, wo man in den verschiedenen Tavernen gut essen kann, u.a. in dem Restauraunt der Vermieter. Tipps für Rethymno: das romantische Restaurant "La Boheme" oder leicht alternativ, aber authentisch "Stella's Kitchen". Alles in allem: Die Villa Somnia ist absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe suchen und die Natur genießen möchten!
