"Housekeeping was excellent. Was worried about smoke but wasn't a problem. Had to change rooms because original room looked into interior of construction garage Had paid for an upgrade. The room we were moved to had the city view I paid for. Beautiful facility. "

"I used to visit the Peppermill often but this time was really nice. We spent a couple days in Tahoe and needed a place in Reno before a very early flight the next day. The Peppermill had great rates for basic rooms. When we arrived they upgraded us to a really nice suite in a different tower. I wish that we had more time to spend in the room. There was a really nice tub and I would have liked to take a bath, but we pretty much ate, had a drink in the piano bar, and went to sleep. The next day, we checked out but I guess it didn't take because they called me on my cell phone that afternoon (I was already in Kentucky) to see if we needed more time in the room. I thought that was very thoughtful of them."
