“It was a decent place to stay.”

“We had a really nice time at the Barnes' property. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms in the main house. Just as a warning, the bed in one of the rooms is extremely high, but there is a step stool for getting in and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. We had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive. My son stayed in the cottage with a space heater, but it was really too cold for this time of year. He could have used a few more……

“We stayed on Long Island for 4 nights to coach a Perfect Game Baseball Tournament. This property was spacious enough to host my wife and I along with 4 other coaches (6 adults total). We were also able to bring our two jack russells with us. We had a great time, and look forward to staying here again.”

“Great property. Close to Westhampton (10 min) Large private yard with nice pool for entertaining. Main house is cottage like with plenty of room for a family. Pool house is more modern and has large living area, full bath, EIK and downstairs king bedroom where a separate family or kids could stay apart from the main house closer to pool area. The location is very close to Town of Westhampton, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. The location also has supermarket, Rite Aid and liquor store……

“We had activities in both Southampton and Westhampton Beach so the location for both was excellent. Laurie called to ask if we needed anything. The space was very clean and perfect for our stay.”

“My husband, two boys (6 & 11) and I stayed in this quaint, little, clean apartment for four nights. They provided coffee, creamer and bathroom necessities. It was perfect for a short stay. When we did need something the owner was quick to reply and get it to us. If need be we will stay here again.”
