Take advantage of the introductory price for the BRAND NEWLY UPDATED condo. No reviews? No worry. Take a look at the host and other properties. 5 stars across the board! Be the first in and get the introductory offer. This has mostly been used as a short term rental so VRBO reviews are not requested.

We feature comfortable and CLEAN accommodations with all the furnishings of home. We are 3.5 miles from campus. .25 miles off I 74, 2 miles from Carle hospital. We accept short term guests and welcome longer terms (6 months).

High Speed Internet with an office space included.

Cool off in the summer at the condominium pool!

Excellent!

My wife and I needed a month long rental as we prepared to buy a house. This property was an excellent home for us. It's a charming space that feels welcoming when you walk in the door. We'll absolutely recommend this place to family and friends when they come visit. Communication was great and Molly was a great host!

Nice little condo

This condo was nice. We had a place to be to ourselves instead of intruding on family members and crashing on their couch. My husband and I were able to take our precious corgi with us. It was a nice little home away from home.
