"We highly recommend this hotel! From the point of enquiry, I received prompt, friendly replies to our queries, specifically surrounding the secure parking needed for our campervan. Finding hotel city accommodation with parking for a larger vehicle is always difficult but we were most thankful for the huge, secure garage facility available here for only 8E per night! "This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"Only stayed for one night, but other than the noisy water heater in the bathroom, a pretty solid place. Amazing location for the price. Easy walk to Reims Cathedral and the surrounding area and the staff was kind and accommodating."
