"Amazing hotel"

"We highly recommend this hotel! From the point of enquiry, I received prompt, friendly replies to our queries, specifically surrounding the secure parking needed for our campervan. Finding hotel city accommodation with parking for a larger vehicle is always difficult but we were most thankful for the huge, secure garage facility available here for only 8E per night! Our room was in what seemed to be the newer block, over the road from the main reception area and pool. It was on the ground floor,...

"This was our 4th time in Reims and this was easily our favorite hotel (and the others were perfectly fine). The location was exceptional, service was excellent, and the value is absolutely unmatched. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!"

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"Only stayed for one night, but other than the noisy water heater in the bathroom, a pretty solid place. Amazing location for the price. Easy walk to Reims Cathedral and the surrounding area and the staff was kind and accommodating."
