The townhome was perfect, and if everything was working right, it would have been. We didn't have wi-fi for 1.5 days, during which time, we had to find other places (coffee houses in Redmond) to do work from. Property management was able to help out and resolve the problem, but it really did cut in to our productivity while on vacation at a home that advertised it. There was a horrible squeal in the bathroom upstairs that we couldn't figure out how to stop. It kept the upstairs guests up at night. Finally, the dryer didn't work - which I figured out after I washed a load of clothes. Luckily I was able to dry it nearby at a private home, but when I contacted property management, they weren't able to fix it in time. The location and bones of the townhome were great, it just really needs someone in there to check plumbing, electrical and make sure everything is in working order. Because of the outages, we had to scramble to make up for amenities we thought we had covered, which ate up our vacation and relaxation time.
